Prabowo and SBY Meetings Assessed Strengthen the Winning Strategy
Fakta Id. The meeting of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) and Prabowo Subianto was considered to strengthen the strategy of winning candidate pair president and vice president number 02, Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, in the 2019 presidential election.

According to him, the meeting would have more impact if the two parties succeeded in finding a new format for Prabowo's victory. "After this there is no clear pattern and campaign format, this meeting will not have an impact," he said. He suggested that a number of Democrat Party officials, such as SBY and his son, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, get a stage in the Prabowo-Sandiaga National Winning Body.
Although the electoral impact on Prabowo's victory has not been measured, Arya said that the meeting between Yudhoyono and Prabowo began to erode the perceived political grayness of the Democratic Party. "This relieves the mass of the grassroots of his party," he said. The Gerindra Party will be more free to use and convince the Democratic Party's voting base in a number of regions.

Prabowo said he had never doubted Yudhoyono's commitment to politics. He argued that Yudhoyono had his own count and strategy for winning elections. "I have never doubted Pak SBY's commitment," Prabowo said.
